Before and after limb Lengthening

A surprisingly big portion of people with physical handicaps/severe problems look down on those trying to "get out" of their current situation. I know it's kind of the same for say deaf people, but it really surprises me. If anyone tells them there is a problem with their body, their only emotional defense is to get up in arms as to how they are the same and that they shouldn't change.

Betty Heidler’s incredible hammer throw

Are you telling me people beating records from times where steroid usage was accepted are still using performance enhancers? surprised PikachuUnnecessary comparison as men have way heavier balls attached to the longer chain. So, no, it's not 25th best male as it is a totally different object thrown. If you'd correct for the weight difference alone it might not even be in top 200 men.Haven’t seen a throw like that since Miss Trunchbull threw the girl with pig tails over the fence.

Extended tire warranty plans are meant to cover what manufacturer warranties usually don’t: replacement or repair of damaged tires and rims from road hazards like nails, pot holes, sharp debris, and other hazards, but financial experts tell us that you're better off taking your chances by not paying that extra $10 per tire they want to charge you for the warranty because those risks are too minimal to justify paying that extra money.

Parks and Rec is Better than the Office

Everyone keeps telling me it's close, but they think the Office is better. However, IMO the comedy is about the same, but the characters in Parks and Rec are more consistently well written (except for Ann), the cinematography and editing is more well done and professional. The writing has some pretty compelling character arcs. It's concise and says what it needs to say in a short period of time, despite the number of seasons. The first season of Parks wasn't great, but it was decent and I don't think it deserves to be skipped.
