What are the trademark class food trucks in India?

As per the Trade Marks Act, 1999, all the business activities in India are divided into total 45 classes of trademark. The business of serving through food trucks will fall under class 43 which suggest providing of food and drink via a mobile truck.However, if you are into manufacturing of food truck, that will fall under class 12 (Vehicles and conveyances).

Yes, Indian Partnership Act, 1932 do not prohibit for entering into more than one partnership between same partners and for the same purpose. The partnership is simply an agreement between the partners and can be created with consent of all subject to applicable law.

If a foreign company registers its subsidiary company in India just to run its operations, does the subsidiary company have to pay tax in India for the funds received from its parent company to run the operation?

There are many provisions which are to be followed while foreign companies are transferring funds to Indian subsidiaries such as intimation to RBI, FEMA compliances and other Acts. However, the applicability of compliances and taxes are based on nature of funds received by Indian subsidiary company from Foreign Company. Further please be informed that tax is collected on amount received in the form of income only.
