The Gift called Life
Life is a gift from God. We cannot exercise control over their birth, the time & place of birth, and cannot decide our parents; they are pre-determined.
To be born as a human being is more rewarding as humans have the power to think and act. They can go beyond the mundane things of life and strive to find the real meaning of life.
Significance of living Life meaningfully
Not everyone who is born in this world lives a meaningful life. Many are just born and live without any objective or mission in life and die when the time is up. People like these don’t make a mark in their lives or cannot bring a difference in others life.
Every person is responsible for making the most out of life by leading it meaningfully.
How to live a meaningful life
Proper time management: Managing time effectively is the primary key to leading Life meaningfully. One day has 24 hours, and it is the same for everyone. It is not that people who succeed have 2-3 hours extra, and people who fail have 2-3 hours less. The number of hours is the same for everyone. It is up to each individual to make the most out of the time available. Organizing your day on a schedule will help you accomplish things with success.
Stop complaining: Many of us have the bad habit of complaining over anything and everything. We come across people who blame circumstances for their failures and do not own the responsibility for them. Instead of complaining, work towards setting the thing right, and realize that your Life is in your hands and you are the one who can make it meaningful.
Don’t be afraid to fail: if you want to succeed in life, do not fear failure. No one has grown in the first instance itself. Develop the will to stay motivated and try again and again. Practice shall make a man perfect, and experience will give him the wisdom to understand the pitfalls of Life. It is essential to develop never say die attitude in Life.
Be cooperative: during many circumstances of your life you will have to work and live with others. You should cooperate with the others and be open to their views. You should not isolate yourself from others. There are things to learn from each individual, take the positives of a person and ignore the negatives. Teamwork can do wonders, and to succeed, you must give up your ego and be ready to work with others.
Help as much as you can: Life is not the same for all; while some prosper and live comfortably, others suffer and live in poor conditions. Many are suffering to make both ends meet. If you are financially sufficient and can afford to help others, you can help people who are in need. Even if you cannot help financially, you can serve others physically or motivate them.
Keep an eye on your health: A healthy body is vital to success. You must take proper care of your health and avoid things that will affect your body and mind. Follow a healthy lifestyle – avoid eating junk foods, sleep properly, exercise, meditate, and don’t harbor negative thoughts.
The above points are not complete; these are just important of the many things that help you live a meaningful life.
