As your body gets healthier you may require less medication as it is quite possible that your symptoms may now be caused by too much medication! Learn to listen to your body and don't ignore your symptoms. You may need to be on thyroid medication for the rest of your life or you may be able to eventually come off it. That will depend upon the health of your thyroid. If you begin to feel bad again, remember that your dosage may need to be adjusted.
