They definitely work, st Madden 17 least in franchise

I doubt the slider works, but I wouldnt know Ive never turned the thing down. With my cpu acc at 50 I still rarely give up a 300 yard game. They make a few mistakes per game, my D makes a couple of plays, thats the NFL now. Sure completion percentage is a little high, but big deal its one stat. Jacking up the sliders will affect a lot more than just that.

I admit to losing my patience over this FFXIV fight just last night because of one player.

I don't even know why anyone would drop old SoF now post nerf you can just stomp it. You can do it without using any dragon killers. It was easy before it's just a pointlessly stomp now. Chrysalis is the same there isn't much to it if you do the couple of mechanics right you win. Weird that people are in a position that they prefer 30 minutes wait to doing the instance.

All in all, post nerf, the FFXIV fight was pretty well tuned

I'll start out by saying in Gordias, I was a BLM that only managed to clear A3s because I talked high of myself and filled in for a group that had it on farm. They did considerably higher DPS than me and I died twice in the last ~1:30 of the fight. This was literally my only clear of it to date. I did manage to tag along as a SCH into A4s and made it to the third leg, and I've cleared that fight in i225 gear since then, even dabbling in doing Nisi properly. I'm a SCH in Midas.

And for RavEX, you've seen what you FFXIV can see

"Static" means "fixed". It's a fixed group of people on a fixed set of jobs meeting at a fixed time to do a fixed fight. Everyone learns the fight dance to perfection on one job, so the whole group can clear the fight as efficiently as possible. Statics are generally only really needed when fights are new, and people are still learning the fight.

Please FFXIV create a better warning system.

Please SE create a better warning system to allow the offender to know what they exactly did instead of just protecting the reporter. Cause the system tells you to

We therefore ask account holders to take Final Fantasy XIV Gil extra care not to repeat violations of the user agreement.

but at the same time even when submitting a GM ticket they can't tell you exactly what you did and the system just tells you some vague ToS description.

Small QoL FFXIV Improvements

Submitted by ffxivfans on Thu, 07/28/2016 - 22:17

Just a few small QoL improvements:

Try On Multiple Armors It would be fantastic if we had the ability to try on multiple pieces of armor at a time.

Separate UI Elements HP, MP, TP, Buffs, Debuffs, Target Status, Focus Castbar, and Target Castbar should all have separate UI elements that can be manipulated independently.

This community is FFXIV really friendly

So I'm playing the trial version, and I absolutely loved it and still do. Haven't touched any other game since. But I played this game solo almost the whole time. I was waiting to get matched for Sastasha, and a lvl 60 near me suddenly asked what I was doing. I told him I was using duty finder, and he actually invited me to his party so he could do the dungeon with me. After the dungeon he even let me know that Basing Training was a thing, I was very surprised to see him taking the time to help me.

In which case he is correct just because FFXIV people were doing fates doesn't mean it was fun or good content.

I mean, clearly anything said by anyone who doesn't feel the same way you do is going to go way over your head. That much is clear from every single comment you've posted in this thread.

The fact is, it was labelled as casual content even before it was released (at least, the first 50 floors). Not everyone has a high level weapon yet. Not everyone does EX primals. This offers a weapon upgrade for them.

240 Relic... i feel there's something FFXIV wrong with it

Submitted by ffxivfans on Thu, 07/21/2016 - 19:26

Why upgrade and farm ESOS so much for a thing u can only use a after a long farm, i believed that u would upgrade your own anima?

I thought was like an upgradable legendary, like Archimonde weekly items in WoW.
Edit: to be clear, when i upgraded the anima, i thinked those 3 SpS points were to my equipped 230 weapon, not the 240 one.
