1.The main differences between the two are: 1. Die-cast aluminum products have complex shapes and can be cast into any shape. Thin aluminum products have a uniform section (sawed from any section, the section is the same), such as: pen tube, power bank shell, servo motor shell and so on.

2. Although the raw materials of both are aluminum alloys, the die-cast aluminum products generally use ADC12 or ALsi9cu3, and the aluminum profile products generally use 6063 or 6061 aluminum alloys.

3. The general conductivity of die-cast aluminum products is about 80-90W/M.K, while the thermal conductivity of aluminum profile products is about 180-190W/M.K.

4. Production cost, the production cost of die-casting aluminum products is high due to the expensive die-casting molds. The extrusion die price of thin aluminum profile products is relatively low, the production efficiency is high, and the production cost is relatively low.

5. Die-cast aluminum products are generally used in the automotive, lighting, and electronic industries. Thin aluminum products are widely used in automation equipment, medical equipment, transportation, electronic appliances and other industries.
