No two couples are the same. A relationship is always unique and is based on the intimate feelings that two people share, but regardless of how each relationship, there are a number of values without which a couple cannot work because they are the emotional support of any relationship.

Generosity, fidelity, trust in the couple, respect... are all positive værdier i et forhold that all couples must have because these are values capable of creating strong bonds between two people who have decided to share their lives. The first thing that must be clear is that a couple that is sustained on a solid and lasting basis must agree on the essential values. Otherwise, the relationship begins with "bad foot." The idea that the opposite poles attract may be true at first, but it is unrealistic in daily coexistence. If for you fidelity is a priority and your partner is in favor of a sporadic relationship and even free love, it is hardly a relationship that will last over time.

The indispensable values in a relationship

Each couple establishes the bases of their værdier i et forhold by establishing common points and determining the values that for both are essential, but although this tacit decision is "something of two", there are values that simply cannot be lacking. While it is true that there are different stages in relationships as a couple and that each one has its own time, it does not matter what kind of couple you are or how you have decided to live your relationship. In any case, there are things that can never be missing in a relationship and for you to know what they are and why they are so important we describe them below.

1. Love

Something so obvious deserves reflection because we do not speak of falling in love but of love as an essential "value" in the couple. The couple has to love each other despite the arguments, it has to strengthen the communication in the couple and face the problems and vicissitudes of the day to day. Only without losing sight of the idea of achieving happiness in the couple in order to grow and overcome any obstacle.

2. Respect

The respect is the cornerstone of any relationship is an essential value if it is not present, the couple has no future, sooner or later will break. Respect the individuality of each one, their freedom, their dreams, and their little manias... True love works well and respect implies treating the other as you want to be treated and if that is missing, the relationship is redundant.

3. Mutual support

A couple is a team. Friendship, assurance that you will never fail the other (or fail you) in a critical situation, encouragement in bad times, advice and opinion when you need it... if you do not have all of that with your partner, where are you going to find it?

4. Generosity

It is not always easy to prioritize the needs of the other before your own. There are people who find it really difficult to be generous with their partner in every way. I want, I need, I have to... when generosity shines by its absence, negative feelings along with reproaches and recriminations, do not take long to appear.

5. Communication

It is a fundamental pillar in any couple relationship. There are some very serious communication errors in the couple and without a fluent and sincere communication that generates trust, the problems of all kinds are going to end up happening, leading to sterile discussions and feelings nothing positive or rewarding.

6. Optimism

Do not miss the relationship! because it is a more important value than it seems. Being able to face any situation seeing the good side of things and, if you do not find it, adding a touch of humor to bad times, it is essential to feel good together no matter what happens. If you are able to smile with your partner even if they come badly given, your relationship is stronger than you think.
