It is known that CNC engraving machine is the fully-automatic mechanical processing equipment, however, it still needs some manual assistance. For example, although CNC engraving equipment with wide applications is of fully automatic engraving processing technique, the handling of the tools still needs people to complete. So what factors and safety common sense should we pay attention to? We listed the following detailed introductions:

1. Use gas or cleaning agent to clean the chuck and pressing cap when placing the tool.

2. Put the chuck into the pressing cap, otherwise the tool is hard to properly install, and when unloading the tool, the chuck will be clamped in the motor reel and cannot be uploaded.

3. Before installing the chuck, please note if the chuck matches with the selected tool, otherwise the tool cannot be tightened.

4. When installing the clamped tool, the extended part should not be too long, otherwise it will easily produce vibration during the processing, and impact the processing quality of the workpiece surface.

5. When changing the laser engraving , the speed of the main axle should be kept in zero, namely, when the main axle is in STOP status, the tool can be disassembled, otherwise serious personal injury accidents will be caused.

6. If the pressing foot laser engraving machine is used, the cleaner must be used to clean up the powder on the pressure foot and spindle, then install the clamped tool.

7. When screwing up the pressure cap, please make sure to aim the cap to the rotor thread, firstly you should well and easily screw it.

8. When disassembling the tool, the air gun should be used to clean up the wasted scraps on the pressing cap and rotor axle, then disassemble the tool.

Strictly obeying the handling common sense of the engraver tool for operation can not only ensure the assembling safety, but avoid failure problems.
