Plastic product design
Design is very important before plastic products are manufactured. Even if you only have some ideas, we can create a digital 3D drawing of it for you using computer-aided design CAD or Rhinoceros technology. Every year, we design more than 10,000 digital models of plastic products for global customers.
CNC Rapid prototyping
Using the digital model of the product, the product prototype is produced through the CNC subtractive process. Our CNC processing includes more than 40 kinds of metal materials, supporting various complex shapes and sizes, and the CNC processing accuracy can reach nanometer level. In our injection molding projects, CNC machining services are free.
Injection mold making
We have experience in manufacturing high-quality injection molds and provide customers with cost-effective solutions. On average, more than 30 injection molds are shipped overseas every month. The product has SGS certificate, and all mold steel and plastic raw materials have been certified. We provide customers with a lifetime mold quality guarantee and provide free mold storage and maintenance.
Plastic Parts Mass Manufacturing
