"ESIC MTS Salary: Perks and Allowance
There are several benefits apart from the ESIC MTS salary in hand. The candidates should understand the different allowances and perks received. This would motivate them to prepare well for the ESIC MTS exam.

Basic Salary:
This is the fixed minimum pay received by the employee for their professional work. This does not include any bonuses or allowances.

House Rent Allowance:
The House Rent Allowance (HRA) is provided to employees who do not reside in their homes but stay in rented houses. This allowance is paid for the rent paid by the employees. It is around 10-12% of the basic pay.

Dearness Allowance:
