Incoloy alloy fittings are just one of the specialty steels available at our facility. These Inconel pipe fittings are available in a variety of shapes including Inconel end caps, pipe ends, pipe nozzles, tees, bumpy concentric reducers, eccentric reducers, collars and long radius elbows. Short radius elbows, returns, elbows, couplings. The characteristics of Alloy 825 and Incoloy 825 pipe fittings are corrosion resistance.

Incoloy 825 long radius elbow pipe fittings harden during machining and are stronger and "stickier" than standard steel. Incolroi 825 short radius elbow tube accessories have excellent mechanical properties of high temperature from the inside. Incolroi 825 concentric reducing pipe fittings have a high nickel content and are sufficient to withstand chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and a very stable austenitic structure.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel iron chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium. The chemical constituent of this nickel steel alloy is made to provide resistance to many corrosive environments. Similar to alloys, but make more resistant to water corrosion. The resistance to acid reduction, oxidation reaction, stress corrosion cracking, drilling, and crack corrosion.

Inconel 625 Tube is speciallyresistant to sulfuric acid as well as phosphoric acid. This nickel alloy steel is mainly used for various chemical processes, pollution controlling equipment, the oil and gas well pipes and pipelines , nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and degassing equipment.

What shape does the Incoloy 825 shape?

  • Sheet
  • License plate
  • Pubs
  • Tubes & pipes (seamless with sewing)
  • Connection (e.g., slider, blind, weldable, turn, long neck, nozzle, elbow, T-shirt, short end, return, cap, fabric, reduction, pipe nipple.
  • Welding and electrodes manufracting
  • the Cable

What are the characteristics of the Incoloy 825?

  • Good resistance to acid and oxidizing agents reduction.
  • Wellresistance toward stress corrosion cracking.
  • Good resistance to local attacks such as pitting as well as crack corrosion.
  • Veryeffectively resistant to sulfuric acid as well as phosphoric acid.
  • Excellent mechanical properties up to about 1000 oF at room temperature
  • Allows the use of pressure vessels at wall temperatures up to 800 oF

Corrosion resistance

ASTM B444 UNS N06625 has a high level of corrosion resistance. Resistant to general corrosion, holes, crack corrosion, granular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking reduction and oxidation environment.

What is the Incoloy 825used for?

  • Chemical treatment
  • Pollution control
  • Oil and gas well pipe.
  • Nuclear fuel reprocessing
  • Drain equipment parts such as heating coils, tanks, baskets, and chains.
  • Acid production

Incoloy 825 Tubing has mechanical properties from very low temperature to moderately very high temperature. However, exposure to temperatures approxabove the thousandF can change the it’smicrostructure and considerable reduce ductility and impact resistance. Alloy 825 should not be expose at a temperature where burst characteristics are design factors.

Incoloy 825 concentric reducing pipe fittings have high nickel content and are sufficient to withstand chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and a very stable austenitic structure. Incolloy 825 pipe fittings are usually welded with Inconel filler metal.
