Why use Grayscale Conversion when Processing Images?
Grayscale is a method used in digital photography to change the format of a grayscale a photo. The result is a spectrum from white (the lightest) to black (the darkest), with no other colours in between. The brightness of its intermediate tones typically falls between that of its primary and secondary hues. (Red, blue and green). Instead, it uses the fundamental pigments—cyan, yellow, and magenta—in equal parts. The brightness of an image is encoded in its pixels.
