Since 2006 Debt Free London (DFL) have been providing free, expert debt advice to Londoners. Traditionally this had been via face-to-face interaction at one of their 50 advice centres; but due to the impact of Covid 19, advice centres have been forced to close and the advice had to be provided remotely. As a result of the pandemic, DFL and its employees had to move quickly in order to adapt to these chances.
