Those in fashion circles know the rags to riches story of Juicy Couture founders Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor is the stuff dreams – and good television – are made of, and so do “Gossip Girl” producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. The duo’s Fake Empire productions is partnering with Mila Kunis’ Orchard Farms Productions to create an hourlong show for Freeform (formerly known as ABC Family), based on the duo’s memoir “The Glitter Plan,” which was written by former Los Angeles Times fashion critic Booth Moore.
