I recently took the plunge and got a Zelex SLE 200-1 Head silicone doll （）and wanted to share my thoughts for anyone considering this model. While I’m overall satisfied, there are a few things I wish I had known before purchasing. Hopefully, this review will help someone make a more informed decision!

TL;DR:
Realistic and detailed, but the weight reduction makes the body a bit firmer than expected. Joints are still smooth and flexible. Hands and feet are well-sculpted but firmer than I anticipated. Head sculpt is gorgeous with well-applied makeup. LHP is well-designed but not groundbreaking.
Head: 9/10
The Zelex 200-1 head Doll is absolutely stunning. The detailing on the facial features is impressive, with a soft, realistic skin texture and well-applied makeup. The movable jaw is a great feature, but it does have a tendency to open slightly when posing or during “intimate moments.” It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to note if you prefer a closed-mouth look. The moveable eyes are easy to adjust and allow for varied expressions, which is a big plus for photography.
Body: 6/10
The 165cm D Cup body with weight reduction was both a pro and a con for me.
Pros: Visually, it’s incredible. The factory-applied paintwork includes veins, subtle skin shading, and a natural-looking finish. The sculpt is also very proportionate, making it one of the more realistic sex dolls I’ve owned.
Cons: The weight reduction technique makes the doll feel firmer than expected. The outer layer is soft, but the foam core underneath gives it a more rigid feel—like pressing on a yoga mat instead of memory foam. The gel breasts and butt feel nice but don’t blend seamlessly with the stiffer body, creating a slight disconnect in realism.
Posing is quite easy thanks to the lighter weight, and the joints have good tension without being overly stiff. She can hold most poses without issues.
Hands & Feet: 7.5/10
The posable fingers are a huge improvement over wired fingers, allowing for more natural posing. However, they are on the harder side and lack some of the realism you’d expect from softer silicone. The hands also had a bit of excess material on the seams, though this wasn’t a major issue.
The standing feet work well for stability, but like many dolls, the metal bolts can cause some sliding on smooth floors. If you plan to display her standing, a rubber mat or soft surface is recommended to prevent damage.
Naughty Bits: 7/10
The LHP (Love Hole Placement) is well-designed and realistic, aligning properly for natural positioning. The detailing and texture are good, but personally, I found the experience not drastically different from other high-end silicone dolls.
The vaginal entrance is snug but not overly tight, and the interior texture is pleasant but not mind-blowing.
The anal entrance is detailed and well-sculpted, with a slightly firmer opening. It requires frequent lubrication since the lube tends to collect at the entrance rather than spreading evenly.
I didn’t test the oral function extensively, as I’m more into kissing, and the taste of lube isn’t really my thing.
Final Thoughts:
This is my 6th doll, and I’d say Zelex Doll has some of the most realistic sculpts on the market. If you’re after a hyper-realistic silicone doll, this is a solid choice. However, if you prefer a softer, more jiggly feel, I’d recommend going for a non-weight-reduced version or considering another brand.
Would I buy from Zelex again? Maybe, but I’d opt for a non-weight-reduced version next time. I personally prefer a slightly exaggerated, more stylized look in my dolls, but for those who love realism, this is a great option.
