The Lemon Pepper Fish Meal- This was an absolutely Epishield Plus Review delicious meal that was surprisingly filling. The fish was very tender, flakey and lightly breaded. It had a side of broccoli that tasted fresh and the rice pilaf was just enough to compliment the meal. I especially liked the caramel apple crisp which was slightly sweet but great tasting. This meal was 310 calories.The Golden Roasted Chicken Breast-I like the small cuts of tender meat and the gravy and dressing went well with it. Even though most of these meals are not very large I like the fact that there is enough of each portion to go around. This meal was 290 cal.
