The Kroger Survey, officially known as the Kroger Feedback Survey, is an online customer satisfaction tool designed to capture shoppers' experiences at Kroger and its affiliated stores (like Ralphs, King Soopers, Smith’s, etc.). Here’s what you should know:

What It Is - A feedback survey that asks about:

1) Store cleanliness and layout
2) Staff behaviour and helpfulness
3) Product availability and selection
4) Checkout process and overall satisfaction

Rewards for Completing It
Earn 50 Fuel Points credited to your Kroger Plus Card — these can be redeemed at Kroger fuel centers for gas savings.

What You’ll Need

A recent Kroger receipt (from within 7 days of your visit)
The Entry ID (usually an 18-digit code) or the store phone number
A Kroger Plus Card linked to your account
Basic internet access and English or Spanish proficiency.

How to Take It

Go to https://kroger-feedback.page/.
Choose your language (English or Spanish)
Enter your receipt info (date, time, Entry ID or phone number)
Answer the survey questions honestly
Submit your feedback and get 50 Fuel Points added to your account

Who Can Participate

=> Legal U.S. residents, 18+ years old
=> Must be a Kroger Plus Card holder with a valid receipt
Limit: one survey per receipt
