How to format a resume correctly?

Now, at a lot of times, your CV is not in a proper format. This gives a very poor signal to the employer. Also, it makes you look unprofessional.
• Set one-inch margins on all four sides.
• Pick 12pt resume font and stick to it throughout the CV. You may also write the titles with one size bigger fonts.
• Divide your resume into legible resume sections: Contact Information, Work Experience, Education, and Skills.
• Use bullet points to talk about past jobs and responsibilities. Also, always mention the period for which you were a part of the organization.
• Be consistent with your resume formatting (e.g., stick to the same date format: for example 11–2018, or November 2018.)
• Make your resume as short as you can.
