World of Warcraft Dragonflight patch 10.0.7 is coming, and it is set to introduce all sorts of exciting additional features for players to savor.
While a release date is not announced yet, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight's next patch looms coming. 10.0.7 happens to be being tested around the PTR, and also the roadmap says it'll release sometime this spring. It will introduce a lot of new content for players to understand more about and will expand the storyline of the Dragon Isles in new ways. It looks like it'll be a large amount of fun for World of Warcraft players, and hopefully, they do not have considerably longer to wait.
10.0.7 assists as the second patch of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, and also the content seems pretty strong. Not only will there be various tweaks to the game, but there may also be a slew of recent addition to WoW that needs to be worth the wait. Players can get a brand-new zone, new armor sets, more story quests, along with a whole new faction when the update comes around.

The Forbidden Reach
The biggest feature that 10.0.7 will introduce may be the new Forbidden Reach. The zone served because of the location from the intro questline for that Dracthyr Evokers, and now it'll make its grand return like a new max-level zone for players to understand more about. This zone won't feature new story content, but it'll also bring by using it a bunch of additional features that players can fool around with. There are going to be new Dragonriding Races, a brand-new Mega-Storm event, new pet battles, an assortment of recent enemies to kill, and much more treasures to discover.
One of the most interesting parts of the Forbidden Reach has become the Zskera Vault. Players can enter a randomized treasure room each week that has been specially curated for their character. The room contains puzzles to resolve, monsters to kill, and mysteries to discover. Players may also be able to get a weekly vault quest in the black dragon Voraxian. This quest may have them explore the long-buried backgrounds and uncover the secrets from the past. Through this feature, players will acquire and empower the brand new Onyx Annulet with Primordial Stones. This Annulet is a powerful bit of gear that appears to be the primary progression system within this new zone, and hopefully, it's more engaging compared to Heart of Azeroth.
Orc and Human Heritage Armor
10.0.7 will even introduce two new Heritage Armor sets for players to get. Human players who're Exalted with Stormwind and level 50 can pick up a brand new quest from Master Matthias Shaw. This quest brings them on a journey through Stormwind's shadowy past and can task all of them with protecting Stormwind's future. Upon completing this quest, players are going to be granted the brand new human Heritage Armor for their collection. These armor sets appear to be heavily inspired by Warcraft 3: Orcs & Humans, and human players should truly snag them as quickly as possible.
Orc players who're exalted with Orgrimmar and level 50 may also be able to get Heritage Armor. They can pick up a quest from Eitrigg to earn this armor, which may have them assist Eitrigg in bringing back the Kosh'harg festival from old Draenor. They will go on the journey that sees them get the blessings of their ancestors to enable them to prove themselves genuine champions of the people. Each of these armor sets also seems heavily inspired by Warcraft 3: Orcs & Humans, and Orc players should truly not skip on them.
The New Winterpelt Furbolg Faction
The update will even introduce a brand new faction reputation grind for players to advance through. The Winterpelt furbolg faction has been around Dragonflight since launch, but 10.0.7 will ultimately let players befriend these residents from the Azure Span. The furbolg speak a language that nobody understands, and it'll be up to the player to understand their language. Alongside Sonova Snowden, players will attempt to crack their dialect and hopefully earn their trust on the way. This reputation grind will award players with new cosmetics, toys, and recipes, along with a 34-slot reagent bag. It seems like this grind is going to be using the classic reputation combined with a brand new language skill system rather than Dragonflight's Renown system, which ought to be a fascinating change of pace.
Brand-New Story Quests and Other Changes
Outside the brand-new Forbidden Reach story, players may also be able to go on a brand-new adventure with Baine Bloodhoof. Baine was heavily sidelined in Shadowlands, but this new quest puts him front and center. Players will join him within the Ohn'ahran Plains to assist him to find an old friend. They will learn a variety of new things and uncover a long-buried past because they travel alongside him.
10.0.7 will even feature a lot of smaller changes that could go unnoticed by a large number of players. The Monk class is going to be expanded to incorporate goblins, Lightforged Draenei, and Worgen. The Recruit-A-Friend program can get a refresh with new rewards, players can represent a chosen faction every single day for extra reputation, new Dragonriding abilities are going to be added, and classes can get dozens of tweaks. The roadmap also mentions holiday updates, but development notes make no mention of them. Either they've been scrapped, gone to live in another patch, or even the studio is simply not ready to reveal what that entails yet.
There appears to be a large amount of content visiting World of Warcraft in patch 10.0.7. While it's not a major patch, it appears to have sufficient content to tide Dragonflight players over until 10.1 launches later this season. Hopefully, this content is just as engaging as it sounds. Dragonflight is a great go-back to form to date, and 10.0.7 looks like it'll continue to remind players just why they fell deeply in love with Azeroth in the first place.
