The Decision Makers

Making decision is essential for the learners who understand the essence of involving people in the pursuit of excellence. The decision-making process underscores the behaviors and the conduct they adopt in the course of learning. Parents are prime decision-makers at home because learners go for holidays when they complete semester lessons. Students must accommodate the ideas that parents presents by virtue of being the dependents. The same parents provide the upkeep money, which learners use to confront questions and issues such as, “I need my paper within the set deadline to make the cut in class.”

Professors only make academic decisions especially in schools where the administrators bestow powers on the educators. However, parents may request the lecturers to assume the controlling roles to ensure that the learners sustain their proper conducts and behaviors irrespective of the challenges faced in the process of achieving academic knowledge and skills. On the other hand, students are the overall decision-makers who select the concepts, ideas and the approaches that work best for their social and academic situations. Professors and parents may make all the relevant decisions, but learners remain the ultimate executors of the decisions made. Students consider decisions that promote academic excellence.
