Complete Cargo Elevators in Arc Raiders with U4GM

Players approaching the cargo elevator Arc Raiders objective often waste a deployment by treating it like a normal extraction run. The real challenge is choosing a route, carrying the right utility, and protecting inventory space for later stages. That makes the project a useful test of preparation, especially for Raiders building toward stronger long-term progression with ARC Raiders BluePrints rather than simply chasing short-term loot. Phantom Targets rewards deliberate decisions more than speed.

Why Phantom Targets Matters

Part 1 of Phantom Targets contains three stages and is active from August 7, 2026. Part 2 arrives with Update 1.42 on August 18, while the full project is expected to remain available until September 6. This schedule changes the value of each raid: early deployments should secure location-based progress, while later runs can be built around equipment testing and targeted ARC encounters.

Stage 1 asks Raiders to upgrade three antennas positioned on Cargo Elevators. Eligible locations appear on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Riven Tides. Dam Battlegrounds is the strongest starting option because its extraction landmarks are usually easier to approach with cover and less unnecessary travel. The antenna sits on the upper structure, not at the standard interaction point, so climbing and checking the top section is essential.

Build Around the Objective

A lightweight combat setup is more suitable than an expensive loot build for the first stage. The objective depends on reaching a location, holding an interaction, and leaving safely. One raid may contain multiple eligible elevators, and several players can interact with the same antenna, but progress may become visible only after returning to Speranza. That makes confirmation part of the process.

Mark a standard Cargo Elevator before leaving the starting area.
Approach from cover and climb the sloped exterior structure.
Locate the upper antenna and hold the interaction until completion.
Extract before turning the objective run into an unnecessary firefight.

Do not assume that completing one interaction guarantees visible progress during the deployment. Check the Phantom Targets panel in Speranza after extraction. This is especially important when several Raiders are using the same point or when the area becomes crowded with ARC activity.

Save Components For Stage Two

Stage 2 shifts the project toward resource management. Raiders must deal 50 damage with Pop Triggers, 500 with Wasp Drivers, and 1,000 with Leaper Pulse Units. Pops provide Pop Triggers, Wasps provide Wasp Drivers, and Leapers provide Leaper Pulse Units. Recycling these components immediately is a poor choice while the project is active.

Pop Triggers are easy to finish because the required total is low. Wasp Drivers need earlier attention, since their target is larger. Leaper Pulse Units deserve the most planning; Bombardiers and other large ARC enemies offer clearer opportunities than small, mobile targets. Use each item deliberately rather than throwing it during a chaotic encounter.

Use Rewards To Continue

Stage 2 awards 50 Raider Tokens, Aphelion, Dolabra, and Jupiter. These weapons are strategically important because Stage 3 requires three eligible ARC targets to be destroyed with energy weapons. The project therefore supports its own progression: claim the rewards before planning the next loadout.

Use Blaze Grenades, Fireball Burners, or Firefly Burners for 1,500 fire damage.
Reserve an energy weapon for the final blows against three Bastions, Leapers, Vaporizers, or Rocketeers.
Use Rascal or Hullcracker to destroy 20 flying ARC enemies with launcher ammunition.
Separate difficult requirements across multiple raids instead of forcing one risky deployment.

Best Investment Before Part Two

Part 1 offers 100 Raider Tokens, three weapons, a Combat Mk. 3 Augment (Aggressive), Heavy Shield, Vita Spray, Powered Descender, Horizontal Grip, and Snap Hook. The strongest approach is to finish antennas first, preserve project components, then use the earned weapons for Stage 3. Raiders with limited supplies should prioritize reliable extraction and confirmed eliminations over optional loot.

Phantom Targets suits players who enjoy structured PvE goals, but its lessons also matter for PvP-focused runs: route awareness, inventory discipline, and knowing when to leave. Start with Dam Battlegrounds, verify progress in Speranza, and prepare the next loadout before Part 2 opens. For players planning their inventory around future raids, ARC Raiders BluePrints for sale can help organize priorities without replacing careful resource decisions.
