The change comes at WoTLK Classic Gold a time when the transition of WoW towards World of Warcraft V has become something of a regular joke in WoW's WoW community, with players unhappy with recent expansions or Blizzard's decision-making could force them to shift onto Square-Enix's popular MMO instead.
"Many gamers have made the switch from World of Warcraft from WoW and I can see why," Asmongold said on a recent stream. "The fact is that WoW's most successful release over the last five years has been a release that came out 15 decades ago." speaking of Blizzard having released WoW Classic, a recreation of the game as it was when it originally released in 2004.
Despite that, WoW will likely continue to be Asmongold's primary gaming experience however he plans to explore different MMOs within the next few years.
"There's been some dumb things that have happened and yet at the same there's still an enjoyable sport for me to play," Asmongold says about the most recent Version of WoW in a recently posted video. "I still play it often and by every single day, I mean every day. I've had breaks and played Dark Souls, played Path of Exile However, I'm always returning for WoW."
Asmongold says he's looking forward to greater competition within the MMO genre. He is also keen to play Amazon's upcoming MMO World of Warcraft as buy WoTLK Gold well as Kickstarted MMO Ashes of Creation and World of WarcraftV in addition to World of WarcraftV.
