Hey can you elaborate on this a bit? Especially about shot orientation. I haven't used the stick at all yet I've only been reading about it and you have an interesting spin on things. Of course. From what I have read and experienced there are multiple different options which players may have when it comes to shooting through the expert stick.

This can be seen from the MyPlayer manner of this 2k21 demo

RELEASE TIMING - Similar to what we've seen in 2k20 and years past. You imagine the rod and release it at the ideal time to have a perfect release. It may be late, early, or spot on. There's other increments of shots (slightly early, somewhat late and all that)

STICK ORIENTATION - If you play with 2KU or a Quick Game in the 2k21 demo, you'll see this strategy. It's just about you holding the pro stick down and then transferring it slightly left or right with the aim being to find the shot in the coloured section of the shot meter. You're effectively lining up your shot. When you release the stick doesn't make a difference. In fact you are able to hold it down the entire time (odd to listen to, I understand, for people who were utilizing the pro stick in years previous). All that is graded within this scheme is how well defended you're and if your shot was too much left, too much , or centered. It has been my preferred means to perform thus far. I feel as though real-life gamers care less about when they release and more about lining their own shot. Ultimately this new scheme makes the game feel much more fluid in my view.

STICK ORIENTATION + SHOT RELEASE: This can be seen in the MyPlayer mode of the 2k21 demo. This mode is difficult! I imagine this strategy may be used for ace 2k championships as a way of producing a bigger skill gap? Maybe? I am not sure but it's pretty difficult to master. You need to release the ball at the right time in addition to line the shot up at precisely the same time. I think a previous 2k used this scheme earlier but this time it feels a whole lot more delicate.NBA 2K21 Demo starter Package

35g for 5 games, 2ku, and just 6 available slots for participant builds....hmm I'm no developer but 35g is mad for how little we get from the demonstration. What gets me is the damn restrictions. Like why? What type of demo puts a limit?! It is one thing if a Beta ends imagine COD beta just lets you start up the match 5 times maximum even though there's 10 times left. The fuck?
