What are the welding forms of the PPH pipe?
The welding forms of the PPH pipe are socket welding, hot melt welding and butt welding. The correct welding method needs to be selected according to the working conditions and pipe fitting specifications.
Socket welding:
In simple terms, a welding gun is used with the same material welding rod. The hot air blown by the welding gun melts the welding rod and the fitting, filling the gap with the melted welding rod and pressing it, and then cooling to form a firm connection.
Hot melt welding:
It is more suitable for the welding of small-diameter pressure pipelines with diameters of DN100 or less. The hot melt temperature is controlled at 270℃. Butt welding connection:
