Some of those XP lamps even give you double XP up to a certain level, basically giving around twice the normal lamp XP. All depending on which Buy Runescape gold of the constant, nagging"special limited time offer" lamp types they're running that day. You get like two distinct popups every world change or login, and there's an obnoxious button and banner in your hud often times too.
Loyalty Points mostly give cosmetics like outfits, recolors, names, and emotes, but they also get Auras, which give buffs for a length and go on cooldown.
