Prom dreams came true Saturday for some high school students in Calhoun County after the Charitable Union held the third annual free prom dress event.All high school students with a student ID in Calhoun County had the chance to shop for free prom dresses and accessories https://www.feeltimes.com. Students had over 600 dresses to choose from between sizes 20 and 28.Charitable Union Executive Director Teresa Allen said, "Here at Charitable Union we think it's important that everybody has life experiences. They help shape us and round us and prepare us for our futures."

Allen said giving students this experience wouldn't be possible without the help of the community."It really speaks to this community. The fact folks believe in the community and helping our neighbors and helping kids in the community," she said.Students unable to attend on Saturday could schedule a time to shop until May by visiting the Charitable Union website.
