The company registration process is now much simpler. One must fulfill the minimum requirement to start a company as a Private Limited Company. Following is the requirement list.
- There must be minimum 2 directors
- There must be minimum 2 shareholder or member
- To have a place of business
- Share capital contribution
To start a company the documents required will be as follows:
- Photo of all director and subscriber
- PAN of all director and subscriber
- Identity proof such as Voter’s id or Passport or Driving License
- Latest address proof of directors such as Bank statement or any utility bill
- Latest utility bill for business address proof
- NOC from owner
- Rent agreement if the place is rented
Once the company is registered one should take necessary other registration as applicable such as GST, IEC, Shop & Establishment, FSSAI, MSME etc.
