Weight Loss Goals for 2010

Resolution 1) "I will work out 3 times a week"- Working out 3Active Lean Review times a week is a good frequency for weight loss results. You need time working out, and you need rest in between workouts as well. So make sure you give yourself a rest in between workouts.

Resolution 2) "I will get help from someone who has succeeded in what I want"- This is so important to model your own success after someone that has already been successful at losing the weight you want. What does NOT help is trying to follow goals with someone who is struggling like you! You'll need the help of someone who has succeeded and is living the way you want to live in order to succeed yourself.

Resolution 3) "Make a pact with yourself, not your friends"- Keep your goals internalized and make a pact with yourself that you will do all that is necessary to succeed. This is not the time for pacts with friends. You want to succeed without the mental conflicts of trying to please another person.
