Top Five Healthy Superfoods!

Perhaps you have heard of superfoods and wondered if this is a marketing trick or any substance to them.
According to an online English dictionary, the definition of the word is "a food that's very good for your health and may help with some medical conditions". This new branding can help you make good decisions, even though some may dismiss it as just another way to make money.
Vegetables, fruits, and berries are the most popular superfoods, and they should be consumed as often as possible daily.
However, I find some superfoods more exciting and valuable than others. They can replace foods we don't need or should be eating. This is my opinion: You can have delicious treats while also improving your health.

Honey
Honey has many benefits. Honey is a natural sweetener that can be used in baking and cooking. It is also antibacterial and antifungal and may even help to reduce your risk of developing cancer. Replaces: Sugar, one of the most significant health risks for our bodies.

Coconut oil
My favourite fat is delicious and one of the healthy fats that benefit us. It's supposed to help with weight loss, digestion, immunity and even lower your risk of developing heart disease. Coconut oil also can be used in the bathroom, and you can combine it with salt to make a scrub or with baking soda to create a great teeth whitener.
When cooking, replaces Unhealthy vegetable oil like soybean, corn and sunflower oils. It can also replace butter if you are vegan or lactose intolerant.

Chia seeds
Chia seeds are a great source of healthy omega-3 oils, fibre, and magnesium. They also have a lot of antioxidants. These tiny seeds can stabilize your blood sugar levels, and they are rich in calcium and phosphorus, which are suitable for your teeth and bones. Chia seeds can be added to almost anything. However, the most common use is in muesli and smoothies. Add chia seed to mashed fruits and let it sit for around an hour to make jam. This will give you the perfect texture.
If you are egg intolerant, eggs can be substituted with flours and grains.

Flax seeds
This tiny seed has been described as one of the most powerful food sources on earth. It is believed to prevent certain types of cancer (breast, prostate, and colon cancer). Flax seeds may also reduce your risk of stroke, heart disease and diabetes.
It can be used to replace: In some cases, regular flours when ground. It can also replace eggs for Vegans and people with egg allergies.

Cocoa beans
The Latin name Theobroma cacao means "food of Gods" in Latin. Cacao, also known as cocoa, is a natural antidepressant high in antioxidants and magnesium. Who cares? Most chocoholics will add cocoa to just about anything.

Now, it's true! I have a dessert recipe that combines all five superfoods!

For the next 20 minutes, use a whisk to stir. The chia seeds should begin to swell, and the ground flaxseed will thicken. Divide the mixture between four glasses, small bowls, or jars once it has become more solid. Allow cooling in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream or berries, or, as shown, dried strawberries.
Have fun with your family and friends, and keep your mind clear!
