Tips to Open .AAE files on Windows 10

AAE file format is used by Adobe Digital Editions , a book management software which supports ebook reading, library management and syncing with other Adobe applications. The .AAE files are basically ebooks in XML format that can be opened using ADE. If you have purchased ebooks from the Adobe store and want to open them on your windows computers, then it is possible. The .AAE files can be opened successfully without any errors by following below steps:
1) Firstly download and install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer which will allow other applications such as Chrome, Firefox etc. to open .AAE files without any problem.
2) Open ADE and click on the ' File ' menu and then 'Add Books'. Then select either epub or PDF as your eBook format and choose a book to import. This will import all the books in ADE library and now you can read those imported ebooks by clicking on those books from the library.
3) If you want to open files directly from your computer then right click on your file and choose ' Open with' option and then select Adobe Digital Editions as your default application for opening this type of file. Now .AAE files will be opened by ADE without any problems.
