well obiusly give it an even better name, but i feel we will be able to rescycle things, back in the time complete things were worth more like they should, there was a REASON to have 99 in smithing so that you could smelt LESS vauble watering holes and ores into ADDITIONAL valuble armor, but now the econ is total reverse!
an UNFINISHED item is worth higher than a FINISHED item! if it were prefer that in real-life we can have peaople use rs 2007 gold buying complete stanly tool sets simply to melt them into ingots we would see peaople stacking computures and smashing them into scraps, ecomy just dosent work that way.
but if we use a new elite skill that takes quite a while to train, there will now certainly be a demand for COMPLETE items for peaople so that you can level the recycling expertise. for example you may smelt a bronze pl8 entire body into 3 bronze watering holes (loose 2) then when you recycle, you get 60% the materials returning to stop obius back-forth farming.
somethings like bows and wood items would recycling into partical bord in full 100% output partical bord as we all believe is inferior so that reason would get a 100% output. basicaly yea it merely makes complete sense to provide this as a expertise.
