Quantum University is the first non-public university, which laid its foundation in 2017. The state government of Uttarakhand approved the university to function as a university. The university has its location in 22km Mile Stone, Mandawar, Roorkee- Dehradun Highway (NH-73), Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. The University Grants Commission recognized Quantum University. Moreover, the Bar Council of India and Pharmacy Council of India approved the university.
