Doing even little effort is certainly better than not doing anything at all. This will mean and naturally show us that during those days when you just don't feel like moving, force yourself to even do a small thing.
Like if your exercise routine is normally 1-2 hours a day, when you don't like doing it, just have a 30-minute session instead. But then do not forget to remind yourself not to do this again since it might become your habit. And if it becomes your habit, what will happen to your goal.
