If a corporation is administratively dissolved, what happens to its intellectual property (trademarks, logos, etc.) and is there a way to acquire it?

During its dissolution process, such assets and properties are either marked for sell to promoters/owners or third parties. You may contact concerned person (Liquidator, Administrator or otherwise) showing your willingness to purchase or bid for the IPR.

If the agreement takes place, the owner will assign the trademark (transfer ownership). The assignment agreement will be filed with the Trademark Registry. Upon approval, the ownership details will be updated in the registry’s data.
