Membership fees are broken down into two parts: a one-off election fee and an annual subscription fee. A one- or two-year membership of the IoD will be subject to a election fee. For full details please see below.
The annual membership subscription fee is normally tax-deductible (excluding life membership). If you are entitled to the tax deduction, you will be able to find a section in your self-assessment form to claim it as a tax-deductible expense.
