How to manually setup Linksys Wireless-N range extender

Linksys Wireless-N range extender is designed in a way to make internet approachable to hard to reach area of your network.
They are actually nothing else then being a Wi-Fi signal booster.
By boosting the Wi-Fi signal, it will make signal capable to travel to each corner of your network.

So if you are having issue of internet signal loss throughout network area then best solution for this is to install Linksys extender.
After having brief intro about Linksys extender, now let’s proceed toward our main question that is how to manually setup Linksys extender.
Various steps involved in setting up extender manually are:
Step 1: - Establish a connection between a client device, such as laptop or computer, and extender, with the help of Ethernet cable.
Step2: -Now put Linksys extender on power. Wait until LED lights get stable.
Step3: - Open a web browser on client device and enter “192.168.1.1” in the address bar of browser.
Step4: - A pop-up will get displayed on your screen, asking for credentials.By default, credentials are:
Username: Leave this section blank
Password: admin
Step5: - On the window, firstly click on Wireless and then on Basic Wireless Settings.
Step6: -Move radio button toward manual.
Step7: - Enter network name of your home router
Step8: - Now assign Passphrase and then click on Save Settings.
Step9: -Now unplug the power chords of both router and extender for about a minute. Then firstly plug in router and once the lights on router gets stabled, plug in your extender.
