Then take out the discharge roller, remove the two screws on the squeegee and take out the squeegee, clean the waste powder completely, and then restore the squeegee, discharge roller, and photoconductor drum before the demolition. Gently rotate the drum core a few times and the drum surface should be clean. If there is residual powder on the drum, replace the scraper in time.
The third step is to fill the toner. Clean the powder supply silo and the toner on the magnetic roller. Take out the plastic cover on the silo, shake the toner and slowly pour it into the silo. Cover the plastic cover gently. Rotate the magnetic roller a few times and the magnetic roller should absorb the toner evenly.
The fourth step is to assemble the cartridge. The powder supply and waste toner collection parts are installed and restored when they are opened, and the metal latches on both sides are inserted. After the cartridge is installed, the photosensitive drum damper should be pushed open. Turn the flank's side gear several turns upwards. The drumhead's residual toner is cleared. Finally, two small springs can be installed on the machine.
