Instead on using word edit, let’s say to change the name, because it is already registered and certificates are not editable.

- Conduct board meeting to decide name and authorise to process.

- Upon obtaining consent, proceed for filing of forms for name change with MCA.
- The MCA will process the application and issue new certificate of incorporation with changed name, subject to approval.
