Can I add personal PAN for registering in GST?

Yes, if you have proprietorship firm. Proprietorship firm do not have separate PAN on the name of the firm. Hence here personal PAN is used for GST registration. But in case of partnership firm or LLP or company, PAN of such firm or company is to be used.
