The Christmas season is upon us and more often thanZotrim Review not, this is the season when we gain a few pounds and kind of forget about watching our weight or if we do, we watch our weight go higher. It's in our nature to sort of hibernate during the cold months as we have a tendency to eat more to keep warm and it somehow is the time when we do somehow by nature store our fats.

Most animals do it during this season though we are not hunter-gathers anymore; there is still that biological link that subconsciously tells us to eat more for the winter time. But unlike all other animals, we have free will and with a little bit of discipline let's burn the fat and feed the muscle this season. Review this and try to remember it during the holidays for it will minimize your unnecessary weight gain.

- Try to eat lots of vegetables, boiled if possible. Eating more vegetables during the holidays is helpful to boost your energy. Furthermore, your body is forced to use its stored fats when there are no portions of meat being feed to the body. Carrots, celeries, and broccoli are great energy builders.
