Simple Strawberry Banana Ice Cream - acts 8 (makes approximately 64 ounces)
4 huge bananas, frozen
4 cups strawberries, frozen
2 tablespoons glucose (or powdered stevia)
Place strawberries inside a bowl or measuring glass, sprinkle with sugar and toss to combine. Place dish in microwave at 30 second intervals until the strawberries soften somewhat and the glucose dissolves in the juice.
Put bananas and strawberry mixture towards the blender and blend until they reach the perfect consistency.
When your snow cream stops relocating the blender, you should stop and scrape down the pitcher of the blender and stir several times. About 2-3 a few minutes total blending period.
