The short summary to the suggestion is in order to wield your skill cape plus your skill hood invest the it off in the 07 Runescape Gold world. Currently once you to take wax off you can't input it back on, as it is considered any member's item.
This will only work issues had a talent cape and have been a member in the first place in order to even get the cape to start with, which ultimately provides them business when anything.
You can currently use them in a F2P planet (which won't hurt anyone), but incapable of put them again on once it really is off.
Considering the talent capes won't have got ANY stats about it, this will classify these as cosmetic. Seeing that how that is where did they are currently rather than doing any hurt, I believe this would be in video game permanently.
