Once you file GST application filed successfully and ARN number will be generated, GST department will review your application within 3 working days, which is general response time. However, if officers are unable to review the application within 3 working days then they have to review the application within 5-7 working days.
If all of your documents and details are as per the requirement then GST department will issue GSTIN number.
In case any clarification required in documents or details then GST department will raise the query. We need to file clarification as per the raised query within 15 days from the date of query.
GST department will review the clarification within 15 working days. If the filed clarification is as per the requirement then you will get the GSTIN number otherwise your application will be rejected.
Here we can conclude that if the application is as per the requirements, then one will get your GSTIN number within 3 to 5 working days.
