Adult Training
Adult training is the exercise of teaching and instructing adults. This is regularly performed within the workplace or thru 'extension' or 'continuing education' publications at secondary colleges, or at a College or University. The exercise is likewise frequently called 'Training and Development'. It has also been called andragogy (to differentiate it from pedagogy).
