3. Silicone extrusion
Silicone rubber tubing and silicone rubber strips are usually formed by silicone extrusion. The shape of silicone rubber is generally long, and the tube shape can be cut at will. The extrusion process is relatively single, and most of them are strips. Silicone tubing is widely used in medical and mechanical devices and can also be used as a cache in packaging.
4. Rolling
Silicone rubber is rubbed, mixed with silicone, silicone oil, and so on to make a mixed rubber, and then rolled out with a calendering machine.
The physical and mechanical properties of the films prepared by calendering are different from those of the films prepared by calendering, which is the calendering effect. Specifically, the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than that of the transverse, the transverse elongation at the break of the film is greater than that of the longitudinal, and the longitudinal shrinkage of the film is greater than that of the transverse.
The calendering effect is the result of the orientation of the macromolecule, needle, and flake compound along the calendering direction. The calendering effect is related to compound composition, calendering temperature, speed ratio, and other factors.

5. Perfusion
The operation method of filling or pouring mold: pouring mold or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products, no mold line can save labor and time, that is, the product or model you want to copy is surrounded by a rubber plate or glass plate, through the vacuum pump silica gel directly poured into the product. After the silicone is dried and formed, the product is taken out and the mold is formed (Note: the perfusion mold is generally made of soft silicone with relatively soft hardness so that the release is easier and the products in the silicone mold will not be damaged). Belongs to the combination of solid and liquid, the use of mobile phone covers, bag covers, and other products.
6. The coating
Rapid vulcanization; Strong adhesion; Good fluidity, easy to defoam. The catalyst of the platinum complex is non-toxic and tasteless. After forming, it has good air permeability, heat resistance, and certain tensile strength (using temperature -60℃ ~ 200℃).
