What is the process of GST registration in Delhi?

The GST registration is centralized all over India, hence the process of registration is similar across India.

The documents required for the registration are as under:

  • PAN card of individual/firm/company
  • Business address proof
  • PAN card and identity proof of partners/directors
  • Incorporation/registration certificate
  • Constitutional documents
  • Bank statement

The GST registration Process is as under:

  • Generating login id by providing necessary information such as PAN, mobile number and email address in Part A of Form GST REG–01 on the GSTN portal.
  • Filing of Part- B of Form GST REG-01 and attach necessary documents.
  • If officer needs any specific information then he will issue Form GST REG-03, otherwise one will get the certificate. In case of Form GST REG-03 is issued one has to respond to it within 7 working days.
