Remeber that sense of pride you got when you completed dragon slayer? How can you get to Crandor? By ship of course! How do you go to Pest Control to save the Void Knight? Boat! How do you go to Brimenhaven Dungeon to own some metallic dragons? Boat of course!
Boats are used regularly in RuneScape. You constantly have some NPC sail you to some island. But why can not YOU bring yourself and not have to RS gold pay that small amount of $ that takes up inventory space? Well with the new Boating Skill now you can. This is the way it works. It goes something like the construction, but you work at Port Sarim, Port Phasmatys, Port Khazzard, etc. You'd buy planks like in Building and you would work on your boat. You would need a saw to cut the boards, Nails, Planks (Of different kinds like construction) hammer, and of course.
Then once you assembled all the sections of your boat you can add things such as a flag or have the emblem of a clan on it. Then you may hire a team. You can employ a navagator, chef, pirate etc. to help take good care of your ship. You might also put cannons or catapults on your boat to battle other enemy boats. This would be a part of a mini-game.
Then you can sail your ships into various islands, but you would have more immediate control over your boat. To sail your ship you must have a navagator and a captain to help show you how you can maneuver and run the ship. Once you get to a certain level you won't require a Captain or Navagator. You can have different rooms such as cottages, a kitchen (That's where the Chef comes in), and cheap RuneScape gold even a war-room in which you co-ordinate battles (Part of the mini-game see below). Well on to the Mini-Game...
