What is O-Ring?
O-rings are used in many different applications to prevent fluid and gas leaks. In hydraulic and pneumatic systems, they are frequently used to seal connections and stop leaks. O-rings are also used to create a watertight seal in consumer products like garden hoses and faucets.
As a sealing device, O-rings' primary function is to stop fluid or air from escaping. The ring takes up the clearance when it is squeezed between two surfaces, stopping any fluid or air from escaping.
We, Gasco INC, are one of the best O Rings Manufacturers In India. In Mumbai, India, we offer a variety of O Rings. We also offer a variety of gaskets, O rings, seal rings, and gland packings. We are ISO certified, and our products are of the highest calibre. O Rings, also known as packing or toric joints, are made for industrial use by Gasco INC and can withstand even the harshest conditions. Both static and dynamic applications are compatible with it in both circumstances.

Different Types of O Rings
Viton O Rings - Viton O Rings, also referred to as packing or toric joints, are made for industrial use and work well even under the most trying circumstances. Both static and dynamic applications can use it.
Silicone O Rings - Despite having one of the widest operating temperature ranges of all elastomers, silicone o-rings are renowned for their ability to maintain flexibility and have minimal compression set characteristics.
Neoprene O Rings - Neoprene (-40o to +250oF) is reasonably priced, has good resilience, a low compression set, and outstanding physical toughness. It also has good resistance to petroleum oils, ozone, sunlight, and oxygen ageing.
Quad O-Rings - A quad-ring forms a square with two sealing points rather than an o-single ring's contact point thanks to its four equally sized lobes.
Nitrile O-rings - They are one of the most widely used sealing elastomers due to their resistance to petroleum-based fuels and lubricants.
O-Rings are mechanical gaskets that are used for packing and sealing that have a round shape. We offer a variety of O rings, such as those made of EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Quad, FEP Encapsulated, Silicone, PTFE, and Viton.
Advantages of O-Rings

  • They seal over a wide range of pressure, temperature and tolerance.
  • Ease of service, no smearing or retightening.
  • No critical torque on tightening, therefore unlikely to cause structural damage.
  • O-rings normally require very little room and are light in weight.
  • In many cases an O-ring can be reused, an advantage over non-elastic fl at seals and crush-type gaskets.
  • The duration of life in the correct application corresponds to the normal ageing period of the O-ring material.
  • O-ring failure is normally gradual and easily identified.
  • Where differing amounts of compression affect the seal function (as with flat gaskets), an O-ring is not affected because metal to metal contact is generally allowed for.
  • They are cost-effective.

Application and Uses of O Rings
