You know there's something wrong when a game needs a whole lot of external resources to know even the basics. And the"9 years old game" story doesn't work , since in those years there were well explained and identically complex games.
I can't get this to work in my PC and used to perform with the JP version constantly before that weird mad windows upgrade came along and messed up a great deal of people's computers.
I attempted steam the other week and still ran into problems. Even the support team on discord was confused as to what was happening.
I've troubleshooted everything when I was on tweaker it would attempt to load and I would find a gameguard error. Got the same matter.
I've tried to install from Microsoft which has been a nightmare. It wouldn't launch for the life of me.
And on steam, It downloaded and when I attempted to launch it, it's just the little photo of PSO2 that pops up and simply freezes.
My computer is not old (I built it around 4 years ago) and it's used for video editing. So idk I am just drawing a blank
Hey I had that exact same problem in my PC. Probably there is some update that got misconfigured on the way. If you do not mind reinstalling your applications and may back up your private files you could give that a try
If your on windows 10 there is a genuine factory reset option where you won't have to outside in your product key or whatever. It is pretty easy to initiate. I just googled factory reset windows when I did it now. Great luck
