How do I get Norton.com/setup to download and install?

Norton Security was the company's computer software security suite. It runs on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Android, and iOS. Norton Security Standard, Norton Security Deluxe, and Norton Security Premium were the three editions available. STEP 1: Remove any previous Norton or other security software.
On Windows-based computers, the uninstall process is performed.
(This is an optional step, but it is required if you have previously installed security software.) Other Norton security products, as well as security products from other software companies such as Avast, Avira, AVG, McAfee, Kaspersky, Panda, Trend Micro, ESET, F-Secure, and others, are included.)

• Click on the Control Panel in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen after clicking on the Start button.
• Depending on which operating system you're using, go to the control panel and do one of the following:
1. Open programmes and features in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
2. Uninstall a programme in Windows Vista.
• When the list of installed programmes appears, select the Norton programme (or other software) to be removed and click uninstall or remove.
• Select Norton Complete Uninstall from the drop-down menu (or finish the uninstall process of non-Norton software being uninstalled).
• A Waiting Period for Subscriptions A warning window will appear; proceed.
• Select Restart Now from the drop-down menu. After the computer has been restarted, the software will be completely uninstalled.
On Mac OS X computers, the uninstall process is performed.
Remove an app using one of the following methods:
• Using Launchpad to uninstall it (hold the icon down until all icons jiggle, then click the delete button) (X).
• If there isn't a delete button in the Launchpad, uninstall the app using its uninstaller, or if that isn't an option, move the app to the Trash, then empty the Trash.
• It's possible that a restart isn't required.
STEP 2: Download and install Norton Security.
• To access your Norton Account, type in the following URL: https://norton.com/setup
• You may be prompted to choose one of two options when logging in for the first time after purchase, or at any time from a device that does not have Norton Security installed: Install on this device or a different device
• To get the software downloaded and installed on your current device, click Agree & Download.
• If you accidentally close the window from the previous step, you can always open it again by going to the Devices tab. In any case, the Norton account interface is very user-friendly, with the Download button conveniently located in tabs such as Home, Devices, and Services.
• You get Norton's downloader programme when you install the software on your computer. The download and installation of your security software will begin once you run it. Follow the instructions on the screen. Your Norton product will be installed and activated once you've finished.
STEP 3: Install Norton Security on Other Devices
Follow these simple steps to install your Norton security software on another device (computer or mobile):
• Go to https://my.norton.com to access your Norton Management Console.
• You'll see a Download Norton button on your Management Home page, above which it says "Do you want to add more devices?"
• Select the Install on another device tab and follow the on-screen instructions after clicking the button (the procedure allows you to send installation link via email).
